Why I coach: I love watching and helping student athletes develop into amazing adults, while learning life lessons through athletics. Cross Country is both an individual sport, and a team sport where the runner is competing within themselves and vs others. Cross Country is more than where you place, or what time the stop watch shows. I enjoy seeing athletes celebrate personal victories when hitting goals and celebrating team and teammate victories.
