Seeing the world through God’s eyes and celebrating His visual canvas is integral to art education in the Rochester Catholic Schools. Beginning with studies in the basic elements of art in our younger grades, building lessons to explore the principles of art, comparing artists and art styles, analyzing the aesthetic qualities of the visual pieces, and nurturing each student’s individual design process invite our students to discover and explore the beauty in the visual arts.

Ceramics 1-3, Drawing and Painting 1- 2, Sculpture, Foundations of Art, Photography and AP Studio Art are offered in our studio art classrooms. Student exhibits fill the hallways of our elementary buildings and featured areas in our high school showcase the talents of our students.
