Rochester Catholic Schools announced in May the launch of its new brand identity in an effort to better reflect our school system’s unique identity as a singular institution, comprised of several individual parts, in a more cohesive, unified, and inclusive way. With this change, RCS entered a new chapter in its history whereby all entities (departments and schools) live as one with shared colors of purple and gold and all are Eagles!
As a continuation of this branding effort, Rochester Catholic Schools revealed its new Eagle logo to the community at last Friday’s Homecoming Football game.
The Eagle is a symbol of our community and was designed to inspire pride, generate excitement, and represent the competitive sports and activities within the RCS system. The new design features two primary marks in order to accommodate Rochester Catholic Schools and Lourdes High School Eagles. The colors live under the overarching RCS brand and the updated visual represents a strong, confident, and bold Eagle.
RCS is excited to have one Eagle logo to represent all of its schools, students, families, and staff. Being an Eagle means you are part of a greater whole. Each individual, uniquely designed by God, brings their talents and passions to create one community united in faith.
