Claire Creighton, daughter of Ann and Joe Creighton, was selected by the Lourdes World Languages Department because of her hard work ethic and commitment to her studies, and her involvement in extracurricular activities, including many volunteer activities. She is a well-rounded and excellent student who is a member of the National Honor Society. She is Vice President of the Student Council and Captain of the Cheerleading Team. Last summer, Claire participated in the Global Leadership Conference in Berlin. She also participates in Band, Soccer, Softball, Speech Team, Debate Team, Winter Drumline, SADD, Yearbook, and WHO (We Help Others) Club. Claire is a humanitarian who gives her time generously to organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, Catholic Charities, Camp Invention, and many more. After graduating from Lourdes, Claire plans to major in Biochemistry and minor in Spanish at Loyola University Chicago. She aspires to become a pediatrician who travels the world helping children in less fortunate circumstances.
