If you found a dollar bill on the ground and could not determine whom the dollar belonged to, what would you do with it?

If you found a dollar bill on the ground and could not determine whom the dollar belonged to, what would you do with it?
If I found a dollar bill on the ground and could not determine who it belonged to, I would check to see if anyone was looking for it and if I could not find the owner, I would keep it. But I wouldn’t do just that, I would feel bad to keep someone else’s money so I would put it to good use and tip someone at their job, for example if I go through a coffee drive thru or at a restaurant.  It would make me happy to be making someone’s day a little better by giving them a little tip and to see a smile on their face.

Describe your most rewarding running memory.
My most rewarding cross-country memory was when I ran a JV race in 8th grade and placed first.  It felt so rewarding because taking first place and crossing that finish line was like I was on cloud nine – it was unbelievable and indescribable.  I was so happy at what I had accomplished and realized then that I wanted that taste of winning more. Realizing that I could actually be good at this sport was mind opening and overall has a strong place in my mind.  It has pushed me to want that feeling every race and is my source of motivation every time I run.

W
hen I reach the pinnacle of life, others will say Wow, she really did it!”  I want people to know that in life I gravitate to succeed and follow my dreams.  I want others to realize that doing what you want is always achievable but not always easy, it’s the amount of effort and motivation you put towards it to make it happen.  But the most important thing to remember is to enjoy what you are doing and how you live your life because, “You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.”  (Mae West)

If you found a dollar bill on the ground and could not determine whom the dollar belonged to, what would you do with it?
I would leave the dollar bill as it is not in my position to find the person who originally owned it and it is only a dollar bill, so it would not be much to take.  The cost of one dollar bill is not enough for me to enter a moral crisis.
