As the holiday season approaches, the HSA will be collecting monetary donations for our School Staff Christmas gift.  100% of the donations will be collected and distributed to teachers and paraprofessionals as well as office, custodial, maintenance and kitchen staff.  Please consider giving to this fund in lieu of individual gifts.   Please click here for more information.

We need more parent volunteers to help in the lunchroom at both the St. John and St. Pius campuses. Lunch is served daily starting at 11:30 a.m. with cleanup going until about 12:45 p.m. at St. Pius and Wednesdays at St. John.  The rest of the days at St. John it is 11:50 - 1:00.

Mystery Dinner Theater

All Parent Meeting

There is a meeting for all parents of kids in grades 6-8 on January 10th at 6:30 pm. We will go over the SUPER SECRET topic of Mystery Dinner Theater in Mrs. Amelia Smith’s classroom. In order for this wonderful activity to take place, we need at least 50 parent volunteers, so please come to this meeting. It’s a wonderful bonding experience for parents and students, so please plan to attend!

Test your trivia skills on January 18 at Trivia Night, a fundraiser for the summer camps and conferences for youth at St. Pius X Parish.  Tickets and tables are on sale now - for a discounted rate through December 17 for $100 per 9-person table.  After that, the cost goes up to $120 so get your team together now and save!  Your ticket price includes dinner, snacks, and drinks, several rounds of trivia, and other shenanigans. There are other ways to help with this project.  Cash donations will be used for prizes, silent auction items, and to offset the overhead costs.  If your business would like to sponsor part of the evening - food, beverages, etc. we would love to talk to you.  Volunteers are also needed that evening to help make the event a success.

Parents of are invited to visit and tour St. Francis of Assisi and the Co-Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist schools to learn more about the 2019-2020 middle school offerings (incoming 6-8 graders) on Monday, December 17th.

SYSTEM ACTIVITIES

Stop by the Activities Office or before any Lourdes Athletic event to purchase your 2018-2019 All Sports Ticket.  The All Sports Ticket is $50 for 10 punches.  This is good for admission to regular season home games.
