Principal's Message Ms. Heydon's K class
At St. Pius X School, we are blessed to have such caring, dedicated teachers and staff who make educating our children in faith, hope, love and knowledge possible. This week, we especially recognize and celebrate Ms. Emily Heydon, who was named the K-6 Honor Teacher of the Year by MINNDEPENDENT, an organization that connects and strengthens Minnesota's independent schools through exceptional training, resources, and advocacy. Ms. Heydon will be recognized at a reception on May 1st with the other 2021-22 award winners. Congratulations, Ms. Heydon! I also want to thank everyone for their support this week as we have had a sudden increase in Covid cases in the building. The RCS admin team is considering what mitigation strategies to put into effect in order to keep our students safe and to provide the best educational experience possible. I encourage our families to pray to St. Pio of Pietrelcina this week, as he encourages us to depend on the Lord's goodness in times where we may feel anxious. May God be with you Always,
Dave Jenson
