"Turn away from sin and believe in the Gospel." Those are the words that were shared with community members as a cross of ashes were placed on their foreheads. We began the season of Lent on Ash Wednesday and look forward to 40 days of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving that leads us to Easter. As a Catholic community we are blessed to be able to share this time with each other. God Bless you all during this Lenten season. Matt Langsdale, Principal and he remained in the desert for forty days, tempted by Satan. He was among wild beasts, and the angels ministered to him (Mark, 1:13). |
