Weekly School Broadcast Principal's Message . School wide ofrenda
November has certainly been a month of growth for students and staff as we strive for academic excellence and has also brought us closer together as a school community. St. Pius X Faculty completed our NWEA data analysis for the fall session during the end of the quarter professional development day, and our teaching staff have had their classroom observations completed during the past six weeks. I enjoy getting into the classrooms to see our teachers and students in action.
School News We have our school picture day coming up on Monday, November 22nd. This is a non-uniform day for students. If you would like to order photos online, go to https://my.lifetouch.com/mylifetouch/#/ and enter our Picture Day ID: EVTK96ZS8 for St. Pius X School. We also have paper order forms available in the office if you prefer. The generosity of our families is astounding! We were able to collect 88 boxes of pancake mix, 65 bottles of syrup, and 41 bottles of cooking oil. These ingredients are enough to make over 1,400 servings of pancakes! We also collected 56 jars of peanut butter and 47 jars of jelly, which is enough to make almost 1,900 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches! Our Thanksgiving break will be Wednesday, November 24th through Friday, November 26th. Preschool - grade 5: We are partnering with Operation One More this holiday season to help feed families in our community.
