Science Fair Details Dear Parents, We are excited to move forward with our plans to hold our FIRST Co-Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist SCIENCE FAIR! But we need your help! In order to accommodate the number of projects and the many "after-school" activities, the Science Department (Ms. Powell and Mrs. Vincent) have chosen to host the Fair during the last part of our school day, rather during the evening hours. That being said, we are in NEED of any parent who is willing to be a judge/reviewer during the time slots available. We also are in need of just a few parents to help during the set-up and take-down times. Please consider making yourself available to make this event happen! Use this SignUp Genius https://www. The Fair will be held on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 21st. The Judging is taking place in two waves; 1:30 to 2:30pm and 2:45 to 4:00pm. If your student is participating in the basketball game or in the Ski Club, they will automatically be in the first wave of judging and can take their boards down right after the first wave of judging. Otherwise, we will be assigning students which wave to attend. They will know prior to the event. NO PARENTS or additional students are allowed in the gym during the judging sessions. Pictures may be taken in-between the judging sessions. ALL Science Fair boards will need to be taken home following the event. No award ceremony will take place following the event. ALL awards, certificates and review sheets will be given to students on the following Monday. If you are able and willing to help judge or set-up and/or take-down, please consider using this Sign-Up Genius https://www.signupgenius.com/ THANK YOU for all the continued help and support you give us here at Co-Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist Middle School!!!
