CAMPUS MINISTRY NEWS The senior boys will be embarking on their Kairos retreat which will be held at the Dunrovin Retreat Center from 3/22/2020-3/25/2020. LHS Annual Advent Program will be presented by the Fine Arts Department on Monday, December 2 at 6:00pm. Words, Music, and Visual Art will create an experience of peaceful reflection to begin the Advent Season. After the program, we will proceed outside for the lighting of Lourdes. Refreshments will be served at that time. We will hold Eucharistic Adoration on Friday mornings from 7:15am-9:45am. All are welcome! Chapel Masses will be every Tuesday morning at 7:15 am in the Lourdes Chapel with Father Hoang as our presider. All are welcome.
ATHLETIC NEWS Congratulations to four LHS senior girls on their college signings to further their education and continue their athletic careers. Lauryn Renier - University of Minnesota Duluth - Cross Country and Track Lourdes is pursuing a Winter Dance Line Club. To make this a reality, we need a few more students to sign up. It is open to all girls in grades 9-12. The last day to sign up is Tuesday, November 26. Any questions please contact the Activities Office. The LHS Boys Basketball program invites you to Eagle Night on Monday, November 25th from 7:00-8:30 pm at the LHS Gymnasium. Coaches and players will be introduced, youth games, varsity intersquad scrimmage, captains will be announced and parent-coach meeting will be held. ALL players, parents and fans are welcome to attend! GO EAGLES! The newly launched Eagle Booster Club was established to support the general growth and development of athletics for students (grades 7-12) within Rochester Catholic Schools (RCS). Membership is comprised of RCS parents, alumni, community members, and businesses working together with goals to heighten, enhance, and enrich the athletics programs. Members promote and provide a high quality experience for students, coaches, directors, and fans through sponsorship opportunities, fundraising, and volunteer efforts. FINE ARTS NEWS Center Street Singers will be performing at this years SE Minnesota A Cappella Festival at the Mayo Civic Center on Saturday November 23rd at 7pm. Tickets are $12 for adults and FREE for students and can be purchased at the door or in advance at SEMNACAPPELLA.org. ($5 of each ticket sold gets donated to NAMI-Rochester). Your senior photos are due on March 22, photos can be sent to lhsyearbook@rcsmn.org Please make sure that your resolution is as high as possible, we recommend that your resolution be at least 300 dpi (ppi) or greater, and image size be 2.5 inches wide by 3.5 inches tall. If you have any questions please contact Mr. Sinn at risinn@rcsmn.org. There is a large collection of uniforms in the front office. If your student is missing a uniform item please have them come and take a look. Please check the Spirit Shop website for the most up to date hours.

This year, Hearts of Gold will have a system-wide focus, benefiting all five Rochester Catholic Schools. Funds from Hearts of Gold will support the RCS Annual Fund to make Catholic education accessible for RCS students and families. It is an evening of fun and fellowship, welcoming faculty, alumni, parents, businesses, and friends of RCS. We need many hands to make an event of this scope successful.
