Lourdes High School Class of 1966
60th Reunion!
In 1966 Rochester was a town of only around 50,000 people. Less then
1,000 Seniors graduated that year from Lourdes and John Marshal
combined. Rochester was truly still a “small town.” Let’s celebrate the
Rochester Class of 1966 with a combined Lourdes/John Marshal 60 th
Class Reunion.
Friday night will be an amazing evening you don’t want to miss. Happy
Hour starts at 4:00 with lots of time to reintroduce yourself to your
Lourdes classmates and JM friends. At 6:00 we will travel back in time
with dinner at Bennies Drive Inn, still allowing time to tell all those high
school stories. Finally, we will finish the evening with a live band
playing your favorite music from the 60s!
Saturday night will be a low key, “Lourdes Night!” Happy Hour starts at
5:00 at the Rochester VFW. We have a donated keg of beer and a very
reasonable priced cash bar. Special, low cost, food offerings will be
available for order from the excellent VFW kitchen. Again, time to visit
with your LHS Class of 1966 friends. At 7:00 we will have a short
program and then more time to reminisce!

The Social is a beautiful new private event space in Rochester, offering the finest in food and hospitality. It is truly a one-of-a-kind venue, originally built as a hotel in 1919 and now fully restored for modern celebrations. We will have the entire space including a private bar just for our group all evening.

Class mass: We are excited to share that the celebrant at our class mass will be Fr. Riley Becher, son of our classmate Jolene Amundson Becher! Mass will be in the LHS chapel at 5p on Saturday September 12. Parents and families are welcome.
