Extended Care 2026-2027
RCS has updated its offerings for the 2026-2027 school year.
Please review the options below and select the plan that works best for your child(ren).

Please note: After completing the initial registration above, you will be contacted via email with instructions to set up your student(s) individually through a more comprehensive registration process in Blackbaud.

Program Details & Policies
- Eligibility: Extended Care is available for students K-8.
- Locations: Holy Spirit, St. Francis of Assisi, and St. Pius X schools.
- Program Dates: September through the end of May 2027. (Extended Care is available for registered families during the last week of August 2026 at no charge!)
- Hours & Coverage: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Daily Usage (AM/PM): With the exception of the explicitly listed Half-Day Access plan, utilizing care at any time during the day (morning only, afternoon only, or both) will count as one full day against your selected plan.
- Scheduling for Flex & Standard Plans: Families on these plans must let us know which days they will be using Extended Care. Each school will share a simple Google Sign-Up sheet with you to select your days, which will be tracked by the Extended Care staff at your specific location.
- Registration: All families will be charged a $100 registration fee.
- Medication Policy: If your child is taking medication, you are asked to administer the medication prior to their arrival.
NEW (Billing & Taxes)
All fees are now billed at the end of the month through Tuition Management. We welcome you to log in to access your tax documents and view billing details.
